iH8sn0w developer of Sn0wbreeze has release updated version of iFaith which will let you save SHSH blobs of iOS 5.0 (though Apple don’t allow signing of 5.0 but iFaith will save it’s SHSH), iOS 5.0.1 and iOS 5.1 beta.

iFaith don’t save SHSH blobs of A5 devices (iPhone 4S and iPad 2). You can save SHSH blobs using iFaith for iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPad 1, iPod touch 4G and Apple TV 2 only.

For all those who don’t know SHSH blobs are necessary to downgrade iPhone, iPod touch or iPad firmware to lower version which Apple don’t allow. Apple has also changed the mechanism of SHSH blobs in iOS 5, so if you have SHSH of iOS 5, you still can’t downgrade it from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.0 but you still need to save because SHSH blobs can play vital role in future Jailbreaks.
