Many people who bought iPhone 4S are waiting for the unofficial carrier unlock of iPhone 4S. iPhone Dev Team member couple of days back gave a promising tweet about iPhone 4S unlock and today he tweeted that iPhone 4S baseband Bootrom dumped which clearly indicates that iPhone Dev team has unlocked iPhone 4S on iOS 5 baseband 1.0.11.

The above screenshot also revealed that iPhone dev Team has also Jailbreak of iPhone 4S because baseaband dumping is not possible without Jailbreak. We are not sure whether it will be tethered or untethered Jailbreak.

There is no ETA ( Estimated time of arrival) for iPhone 4S unlock but seems like iPhone Dev team will release it after iOS 5.1 public release.
