Redsn0w Coming With Baseband Preservation Mode With Custom IPSW

This is one big new features coming to Redsn0w which will almost eliminates the difference between Pwnage tool for Mac and Redsn0w for Windows. According to MuscleNerd iPhone Dev Team member, in upcoming Redn0w version it will preserve baseband like Sn0wbreeze and will create Custom Firmware.

So all those users with iPhone 4 or 3GS with Ultrasn0w unlock or Gevey Sim will definitely get preservation baseband mode in Redsn0w with Custom Firmware so they will be able to update to Jailbroken unlock iOS 5 with out any problems.

There are no details available now on when iPhone Dev Team will release it but it is expected to be released soon after iOS 5 release.
