5 Userland Exploits Found Which Jailbreaks iPad 2 and Probably iPhone 5 too

During MyGreatFest Jailbreak convention for iOS hackers got a twist when P0sixninja member of the Chronic-Dev Team announced publicly that they are in possession of an untethered jailbreak for iPhone iOS 5, which will probably be compatible with future iPhone 5 and the iPad 2.

The big and interesting news is that Chronic dev team holds 5 userland exploits for iOS 5 which will be used to Jailbreak iPhone 5 and iPad 2 and old generation iOS devices.

For all those who don’t know Userland exploits are easily to patch by Apple, one example of userland exploit is Jailbreakme which was the only way to jailbreak iPad 2 but unfortunately Apple patched it in iOS 4.3.4 update. So Chronic dev team will release userland Jailbreak for iOS 5 (iPhone 5 and iPad 2) when it will be publicly released.

Let’s hope Chronic Dev Team prepared Greenpois0n for iOS 5 Jailbreak before iPhone 5 release so we can use Jailbroken iPhone 5 when it will hit market.
