Earlier Today Apple released third Beta of iOS 5 for developers. Musclenerd confirmed that iOS 5 beta 3 can be jailbroke with last version of Redsn0w but later found out that iOs 5 Beta 3 has sandboxing issue meaning after user jailbreaks stock iOS 5 Beta 3 apps doesn’t work and keeps crashing. So iPhone dev Team updated Redsn0w for iOS 5 Beta 3, iH8sn0w also released an updated version of Sn0wbreeze to Jailbreak iOS 5 beta 3.
iPhone Dev Team released Redsn0w 0.9.8b2 which comes with fixes for sandbox changes that affected App Store apps in 5.0b3.
iPhone Dev Team says:
We’ve update redsn0w to account for the sandbox changes that affected App Store apps in 5.0b3 (and it now recognizes the IPSWs for all three betas so far). If you already jailbroke 5.0b3 using the previous redsn0w, you don’t need to re-jailbreak…just use this updated version to boot tethered. Start pointing redsn0w at the 5.0b3 IPSW starting with 5.0b3.
If you are one of iPhone unlocker user and wants to preserve your baseband on iOS 5 beta 3 to unlock your iPhone so you must need to Jailbreak your iPhone with latest version of Sn0wbreeze 2.8b4.

Those wondering, the jailbreakme exploit
cannot be integrated into applications
such as PwnageTool/redsn0w/sn0wbreeze.
redsn0w seems to be having sandbox errors
due to it using the old b1 kernel.
I and many others have not seen any issues
with sn0wbreeze related to App Store apps.
If you prefer to use redsn0w, I am sure
@MuscleNerd is working on a fix.
Sn0wbreze 2.8b4 lets you to create custom firmware with preserve baseband option for iOS 5 Beta 3 which you can restore with the help of iTunes 10.5 Beta 3.
Snowbreeze will tethered Jailbreak all your iOS devices (except iPhone 3GS) meaning you will need to connect PC or Mac and tethered boot using Redsn0w or ibooty utility every time reboot your device.
Also iOS 5 beta 3 is only for users registered with Apple developer program. You need to have UUID registered with Apple in order to activate iOS 5 Beta 3 iOS device as Sn0wbreeze 2.8b4 will not bypass activation.
The Guide to Jailbreak iOS 5 Beta 3 on Redsn0w is same as last version, you will only have to point to iOS 5 beta 3 when asked for IPSW. Follow the Guide here
