Samsung released their fastest processing smartphone Samsung Galaxy S II in their native country South Korea first. And without doubt Samsung has achieved remarkable success till now from the success of  Galaxy S II. Samsung has achieved to shipped 1 million Galaxy S II phones in first 30 days in South Korea.

If we compare Galaxy S II sales with their predecessor smartphone Galaxy S, Samsung shipped 1 million Galaxy S in first 70 days in South Korea. The success story of Galaxy S II continues, Galaxy S II is now the fastest selling device in South Korea even faster than iPhone 4.

When Samsung was asked what they attribute to the huge sales, they talked about the improved screen, 21 Mbps 3G modem, 8.9 mm body, and the new version of TouchWiz. Oddly they didn’t mention the dual core processor inside or near field communication (NFC).

According to estimates Samsung will achieve to sale 10 million Galaxy S II handsets by the end of 2011. but we wouldn’t be surprised to see that number hitting 11 or 12 million, especially after it comes to America’s shores on Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint.

J.K. Shin, President of Samsung’s Mobile Communications Division told in an interview that Samsung will release upcoming Samsung Galaxy S III in first half of 2012 with out giving any further details about it’s feature. But we are sure it will be load up with Dual core processor with Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS without physical buttons on front of the device.
