PC world conducted a Reliable and service surveys of best tech products of 2010. Round about 79,000 people poll in this survey on reliability, service and ease of use and undoubtedly Apple wins the race with Best Desktop, Laptops and smartphone. Motorola on top with reliability in smartphone category but in ease of use Apple smartphone was on top. Apple Desktop were on the top in every category of reliability and service. And same was the case with Apple Laptops. In HDTV category Panasonic was the most reliably product. You can check the whole survey results after the break.
Here’s the mile-high view of what PC World found:
–Put simply, products made by Apple, Asus, Brother, and Canon are typically reliable and well supported.
–Products made by Dell and Hewlett-Packard often aren’t, especially if you’re a home user.
–Laptops are slightly more reliable than before, and have fewer serious problems than desktops.
–Business PC customers are generally more satisfied than their consumer counterparts.
