The rumored about the PlayStation Phone is now getting real. Engadet has got picture of the prototype of PSP Phone running Android 3.0 ( Gingerbread ). This PSP Phone will powered up by Android with custom Market place where people will buy games for PSP.

The Phone has a 1Ghz Snapdragon Processor, 512 MB ram, 1GB ROM, and screen size will be between 3.7 inch to 4.1 inch. and it will also support SD card slot. there is long touch pad in between the game control buttons which is multitouch.

The PSP Phone will be release in 2010 or or 2011 which looks more realistic for PSP Phone.
